Although in our 80s, we?ve only dealt with two realtors?one 40+ years ago and now with Tara. We did not think we would be as lucky with a realtor this time as we were with the first, but we were. We had very specific needs; and after months of not finding anything close to what we wanted, we were becoming discouraged. Tara, however, was not, and her positive attitude that there was a house for us kept us going. Because it was a 50-mile trip to look at homes, she would make arrangements to see 4 or 5 at a time. After we made an offer and it was accepted, she gave a recommendation for a home inspection. Now that it has been completed, she is to go over it to see what we want to do. Although this was her job, we felt Tara and Gary were more like friends showing us the area and homes. They knew the area and set up appointments immediately so we would not miss out on a good one, which I believe is how we lucked out on the one we bought. We were very lucky to have picked Tara.
