April sold me my home in New Castle and when I needed to downsize she sold that same home and helped me find the right fit in a new home. She is a wizard. She takes people as they are, no airs about her, from selling million dollar properties to very low end, she is ready for any challenge. I think I drove her crazy with my anxiety during the end of the processes on both selling and buying, I even offered her a photo of me to throw darts at, her sense of humor prevailed. She not only handled 90% of all the details so I did not have to, she did it with professionalism and humor. I love my new house. It is just right for me. I consider her a new friend. Her twins are adorable, she did all that, selling my house helping me buy the new one and I was not her only client while juggling twins. Superwoman! I recommend if you want a professional who actually answers messages and calls you back, this woman is the one. I trusted her to do all the hard stuff and It is hard for me to trust such a huge investment , a home, but she earned my trust. Ms. Reid
