EXP Realty

Rick is awesome! Would want anyone else, he listens to his clients and goes above and beyond with getting all their needs met. Would choose him again in the future. Great job Rick!

Amazing agent with a wealth of local knowledge. Rick was born and raised in the area and knows it well. He represented us for both the purchase and sale of our home. Rick was always available and when he couldnt take a call, always called back without keeping us waiting. He is honest and didnt sugarcoat anything, making suggestions that would help in the sale of our home. I listened and my house was on the market less than 24 hours when we went under contract. Amazing work Rick! Thanks for the help.

My fiancA(C) and I were extremely lucky to have found Rick for the purchase and selling of our first home! Rick was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and communicative throughout our experience. He frequently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a more professional and friendly realtor. We have recommended Rick to everyone looking to buy or sell their property.

gates was a huge help!!!! I want to say thank you to Ricky Gates and everyone who helped me get my new home. We saw a few properties that we liked and Ricky Gates shared any and all concerns he found with the house and gave us explanation on why we should be concerned and the financial implications with said house. he also made sure we understood the process very well and whatever we didnt know, he broke it down on a level we could comprehend and understand. I felt he was acting in the best interest for my family as if you were an uncle or a family relative. Thank you so much we love our new house.

Ricky was amazing with us and we had a great experience!! Not only were we overseas in a different time zone but we had a short amount of time to find a home and close, so we knew that we were already asking for a lot to being with but Ricky was a delight! He communicated with us on our time and helped us get all the information we needed to get the ball rolling. He was available and present when we needed him and he made our already stressful experience a breeze! Highly recommend!
