Rick was beyond incredible! With the recent changes in New York State law, you could save yourself a lot of trouble and money by doing business without an agent. However, Mr. Gates is the kind of man you do not want to do business without, since he chooses to do more than I can imagine his commission is worth. I now see Rick as my neighbor, and dare I say friend, and I should like to think that's exactly who will make the most of money and time.
