Daniel was very thorough and patient, and I was at times a little impatient. He made great suggestions to make my house more desirable and had many great companies in mind to come and fix up my home. He was a great realtor and I can't wait to have him sell my next home!!!

Daniel Rodriguez is an amazing individual. His ethics and professionalism are beyond reproach. He's also super informed about the local real estate scene and the nuances of making a quality offer. When he's working for you, you have a real pro on your side. Oh, and he's super patient - we looked for more than a year with him and he ALWAYS accommodated us. He got off a flight on Easter Sunday and showed us a house that afternoon. That's how committed he is. And great personality. Over that period of time, we became friends. I can't say enough nice things about this guy. I hope you are lucky enough to secure him as your agent!

He doesn't know exactly what he's doing. He needs more experience and to work on his professionalism. The way he speak can be a bit embarrassing and sometimes hard to understand. He doesn't answer calls nor rerurn them in a timely manner. I strongly advise against using him as a realtor. I was warned by others but chose not to listen.
