eXp Realty

We attempted to purchase a home Dean had listed for his brother in law. The home is on coldwell drive in Holiday. It needed a repair to pass inspection. We put in an offer and Dean countered. We accepted terms but asked for the repair to be done prior to inspection. Dean went Mia. We wasted a lot of time looking at the home and securing financing, and Dean blew us off. We texted and called, our lender did the same, crickets...Dean could have given us the courtesy of telling us the seller didn't want to make the repair and saved us some time. Completely unprofessional and discourteous. Don't waste your time.

Dean did a great job listing our home, marketing it and was there to pabe a smooth pass through closing. He is a Realtor, not a real estate sales person... That is a huge difference

Dean was always on the ball, providing leads on properties, always available for showings. He made it happen to get us in our dream home, been here for just over a year and loving it!! Dean Shafer Real Estate is the way to go!!

After going live on the MLS Dean had our rental house under contract in three days! He was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing he was in control of the sell.

I would highly recommend Dean for all your real estate needs. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable he helped buying my home a stress free through the entire process
