eXp Realty Lafayette, la

Destinee did an excellent job with helping us sell our home. She was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Highly recommend her

Destinee was so nice and patient! Answered all the questions I had. She knew what I wanted and she did just that! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Responds quickly and overall a great person! Loved working with her and recommend to everyone!!

Destinee was amazing to work with while buying our first home! She answered every question we had, was always reachable, and was there for us through the whole process and is even helping us afterwards. She's great at what she does and made everything as easy as possible. We definitely recommend her!

From start July 2025 to finish May 2026 she was with us every step in our journey... any questions I had she answered or she found the answer.. from not getting approved, to not having the downpayment, then finally to the closing table she did what she had to do and now we're in our forever home..... I would recommend Cachet to anyone who questioned me about a realtor.....

Destinee was the best realtor I had the chance of working with. She stuck by us through the process of buying my first house and was there 24/7 to answer any questions. She negotiated issues with our builder and ensure that everything was fair. I cannot stress how much she helped make my life easier by representing me.
