Do to other factors and situations in my case I needed a realtor ASAP. Nora provided me a sellers net sheet along with a full report. After reviewing dozens of realtors net sellers sheet Nora made the top 2 and it was her devotion and care tha made me choose her as my realtor. Hose was in listed at 240k and Nora was able to get an offer 245k in less that 24hrs. She managed to get everything ready. Even with multiple obstacles and somewhat difficult tenants Nora and her Team worked and made the sale and whole entire process as painless as possible. The sale of this property was successfully completed in less time that the average in 33 days to be exact. I highly recommend Nora Rios and her team for any of your realtor needs.

I wish there were 5 more stars for responsiveness.....I would ask question after question..(i would be tired of myself) almost immediately I would get answer back from Lacey. I would like to start with that I wanted to find a house with as little effort as possible. I don't like waiting, I don't like looking, I don't like scheduling and going another day. I live in Michigan and going and coming was a pain in the (well you know). Lacey and I communicated clearly with each other over the phone and I planed my trip we looked at what I thought would be good choices... well I was wrong. I explained to Lacey what I needed and forced it into her hands.... I made second trip and following her lead we found the house on the first day.... of course I didn't believe it... so we went back on the second day. YES!! this was it. Next, I don't have a clue on making all the arrangements to close and transfer and and and... Lacey, can you please handle everything and let me know what we (you) need to do and what you need of me. (yes, I needed to be spoon fed) Well the young lady did it and without any complaints to me. So a short time later we closed... OH happy me!!! The story doesn't end there! I live in Michigan and I need things at the house and done at the house. Who is the only one that I know in the area... and that I also trust? You guested it... Lacey can you please look at this, can you please arrange for that... none of these things was part of her responsibility. But, when you find a good one, Make That Good One Your Friend.
