EXP Realty

"Denise is a fantastic real estate agent We live out of state, so she really served as our local representative. Her communication was thorough and timely. We felt supported but not all pestered. She was a great intermediate between us and the builder. Even after closing, she is still working diligently to make sure the punch list gets completed. Would 100 work with her again and recommend her to friends and family "

We had an outstanding experience working with Ercilia. She listened to what we wanted, answered every question quickly, got us a great price on the property and help us every step of the way including recommending a great inspector and a lender. When our first property fell through, she even negotiated to get all our option money returned. I highly recommend Ercilia for anyone buying or selling a home!

"She s the best of the best. I know a plethora of realtors in the Houston area that we could have used. After meeting Denise, it was a no brainer we would use her as our realtor. Best decision we made"
