You want to win get with Jim. I was referred to Jim from a mortgage company when I was shopping around for a pre approval. I was told that Jim doesn't sell a house without looking at it himself and that he was business-oriented. He doesn't do contracts or cold calls. Jim was always upfront and honest with us. Even when my wife and I had our doubts and took a couple months off from looking. Jim was encouraging and gave us our space. He understands the market and when your ready to make an offer he does his homework on the comps and was spot on. He always made time to show us a couple houses each week and is responsive to our emails. Always professional, has good attention to detail, and will let you know the pros & cons of each house your interested. I will just say listen to Jim when it comes to making an competitive offer when we listened to Jim we won. Thanks Mr. Spooner for helping us buy our first house and making sure it was the right purchase for us.
