Luann did an outstanding job in helping me buy my new home. She responded to all my texts and emails sometimes within minutes. She negotiated with the builder to give me incentives that I didn't even know were possible. Always had a positive attitude and gave suggestions to make the buying like a well oiled machine.

We had the pleasure of working with LuAnn to sell our rental home in Sacramento, and I cant recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly organized. She guided us through every step of the process, coordinated everything from inspections to staging, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. One thing that really stood out was how proactive she was. We were actually out of the country when our home closed, and LuAnn stayed on top of every detail, keeping us informed and helping navigate unexpected issues without missing a beat. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. If youre looking for a realtor who is professional, honest, communicates exceptionally well, and truly cares about her clients, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend LuAnn. Thank you for making the sale of our home such a positive experience!

As first time homebuyers, the entire process felt extremely daunting, but LuAnn took amazing care of us throughout. It was really helpful for us to chat with different agents to get a sense of who felt like the right person to work with, and we're so glad to have gotten in touch with LuAnn. She clearly loves doing this job and isn't afraid to give you her two cents based on her years of experience. It's also so obvious that she loves the negotiating process, which was perfect for us since that was the part that filled us with the most dread. Despite a lot of competing offers on the home we wanted, LuAnn got our offer accepted before the showing weekend was even over. If we were ever to need an agent again, we would absolutely reach out to LuAnn. She has a competent team supporting her and a lot of resources set up and ready to go so that she can spend her time on the things that matter - keeping in close contact with us, keeping us updated when things happen, and jumping in at crunch time when people and processes the extra push.

Selecting a realtor out of state can be a risky venture. After reading LuAnn's reviews, I felt comfortable reaching out to her to help my son with the first time home buying process. My husband and I have bought several homes in different states but we have never had the type of commitment and experience that LuAnn and Jason provided. They are very transparent in their communication and helped us avoid some potentially disastrous purchases. They made themselves available even when they were on vacation because they understand that timelines are critical in real estate. LuAnn has great team and has access to great resources whether it be financial, inspections, or other home related needs. I can't thank LuAnn and Jason enough for their patience, guidance, and support that they provided to our family.

LuAnn is an exceptional real estate professional, and I highly recommend her for any home sale in Davis or the greater Sacramento area. After interviewing seven agents, she stood out for her experience, organization, and high-quality marketing. She guided us through selling an inherited Davis home with patience and empathy as we spent months preparing it. Her team aEUR" including Anna Huang from eXp aEUR" supported us with design updates, renovations, City of Davis inspections, and repair coordination. The staging, video, and social media marketing were outstanding and gave the home exceptional online presence. If you want to see the strength of her marketing strategy and execution, ask her about our White Horse Davis property.
