EXP REALTY

I love working with Miriam - Im a repeat customer! Ive worked with Miriam on multiple properties over the last 5 years; Ill continue to work with her on more to come, Im sure! As a professional investor and former real estate agent, I value being able to work with an agent that I can depend on - my business depends on it! I know Miriam will be there when I reach out and always have my back throughout the process. Thats invaluable to me. Im often traveling; that hasnt stopped us! Weve worked together remotely on all our projects. She works well with technology and systems that allows my business to seamlessly flow from anywhere at anytime. Miriam is quick, responsive and a great communicator. Shes very detailed-oriented and timely with communication, documentation and tracking any milestones or foreseeing potential issues. Shes flexible and can pivot as needed. (We successfully closed escrow through Hurricane Helene and its aftermath of obstacles and power challenges!!) She builds great report with other agents. Miriam knows her strengths but is humble too. If theres something that shes unsure of, or unaware of, she is not afraid to say so. If there is an unknown that needs clarity, shell find the answers needed. Shes a great team leader, supporting me with what I need to know in order to make decisions - again, very dependable! I highly recommend working with Miriam!

We were put it contact with Miriam by a friend who said 'she's THE go to real estate agent' That friend was correct. Miriam took the time to listen to us prior to our arrival in Aiken. Every single home she showed us fit all our needs, wants and vision in slightly different ways. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. During the closing process Miriam was efficient and on the ball making it easy to close from another state. I would recommend Miriam to anyone looking in the Aiken area. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely awesome! This was the 10th house we've purchased, and Miriam was the best agent we've ever had. Don't worry about missing something; Miriam will make sure that every little thing is covered. As a result of her attention to detail, our closing went very smoothly and everyone went away happy. We highly recommend Miriam for your next sale or purchase!

Working with Miriam has been an absolute pleasure. She is extremely professional, with incredible market knowledge and the experience to solve any issue.

I screened a number of agents but from the first phone call with Miriam I knew that she was the agent that I could trust to be our long distance advocate. It was a good choice, she went above and beyond at every step of the buying process working tirelessly on our behalf, attending multiple inspections, providing video documentation along with sound advice that ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in potential repairs. She was literally available 16 hours a day, seven days a week to answer questions and solve any issues that we were unable to deal with due to distance. The sale of our personal property was fraught with problems and time delays, Miriam helped us navigate through that stressful time and kept us on track with the purchase of our new home. Her positive attitude is amazing and the service she provides really is exceptional. Post sale she is still providing us with continued support and local knowledge to help develop our equestrian property. I really can't recommend Miriam enough and if would definitely use her services again.
