Debi was the ultimate professional in helping us sell our Lakefront home! She helped us to price it properly and hired a great photographer/video person who really made our home shine with his photos, videos and drone views! She really proved her value when our first buyer did not qualify for their loan. She immediately advised us to house an open house and the following day we had three offers! We chose with the best and were proceeding to closing, then they pulled out for unknown reasons, forfeiting their deposit. Debi did not panic, she had stayed in touch with the other offers and reached out to one, who matched the offer we had! She never panicked and kept us informed so did not either.
