Darren worked diligently with us through the whole process. He picked out potential houses that fit our desire, one of which we selected. He kept in contact and also communicated with our selling realtor. Darren provided info regarding utilities so we could connect before arriving. He paid attention to details that could have been overlooked and learned about us so he could better suit our needs. He even provided a Stanford (football) flag, even though Darren is a USC fan!We are very grateful for Darren's great assistance and recommend him highly.

Darren helped my wife and I find our first home. He was referred to us by a friend. It took us 1.5 years to find one due to delays on our end. During that time, Darren was patient, professional and made our experience in finding a home a pleasant and fun one.His attention to detail of all the property goes to show he is not only savvy of his trade but cares about his clients. I look forward to working with him again and highly recommend him as your broker.

We dreaded the process of selling our home, but Darren made it easy! We used Darren to sell our home when we were moving out of state. He did a fantastic job through the entire process! He met with us on our schedule, gave recommendations for a few little improvements to do prior to listing (touch up painting, adding an electrical outlet, replacing the water heater, etc.), even brought us some moving boxes when we were packing. He arranged to get the work done before listing the house for a very reasonable cost, and he even included getting the house cleaned, putting fresh bark in the planters, and having a gardener maintain our yard as part of his listing service. He wrote an excellent description of our house for the listing (we've all seen those terrible descriptions from other agents that do no justice for the home, Darren is not one of those agents!), got it listed, and then provided great insight on each offer we got. He handled the counter offers, got us through the escrow period, and kept us up to date through the entire process. We were very glad we decided to go with Darren, and would definitely recommend him!

Beyond being a phenomenal realtor--and making our sale a breeze--he is truly a kind, smart, and engaging human being. He approached every bump with a calm confidence that in turn kept me calm. I highly recommend Darren on every level.
