I was lucky enough to find Fernando by chance on Zillow and he is definitely the person you want on your side when buying a house. I am a first-time home buyer and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me through every step of the way, explained things in a way I could understand, and didn't give up on finding me the perfect home even when I had. 10/10 would recommend

We met Fernando serendipitously in an open house he was hosting. He was very engaging so much so he was the first agent we disclosed to that weve been doing our homework and just needed to find THE house. Fast forward a week later we found ourselves with a property we wanted to put an offer on with an agent who became unavailable. Of all the agents we met at open houses, Fernando made an impression and was easily our first choice. We reached out to him Saturday evening and he met with us on Sunday morning with a plan in place. He had already done preliminary work giving us helpful information on what to expect being first time home buyers. We didnt end up purchasing the property, and so our work with Fernando continued. He lined up appointments for us the whole week for new construction and existing homes that put us in a good place to make a decision. With Fernandos insight and guidance, we had our offer accepted within a couple of days. He was again on top of all the next steps - from informing our lender, to setting up inspections, and following up on details as they came up. Fernando and his team made sure we got all that we needed done, and always in regular communication. 6 weeks of solid, professional work from Fernando and the Mota Team so our family will have a house to call our own. Definitely will spread the word to recommend and refer him to family and friends.

Marcos did an excellent job assisting me with viewing homes for sale and navigating the purchasing process. He is personable and very understanding. Response times were quick and he answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I will definitely work with him again.
