eXp Realty

Tania was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Her knowledge of the process and tenacity in getting us the best deal possible while looking out for our best interests made us feel like we had someone in our corner who was committed to working along side us and taking care of us.

Working with Tania May was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for a home in Florida, and while the journey had its challenges, Tania was our constant advocate. Our first attempt at a purchase ended when a deal fell through due to issues on the seller's side, but Tania didn't skip a beat. She hung in there with us throughout the entire process, remaining incredibly proactive and dedicated until we finally found a house we truly fell in love with. She is extremely responsive and has a beautiful soul that makes a stressful process feel much more manageable. We highly recommend Tania to anyone looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond for their clients!

Tania May was the best agent weve ever worked with. Excellent negotiator and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She kept us informed and communicated every detail of our purchase and provided many money saving options to make the transaction one of the smoothest buy weve ever made. Truly professional in every aspect. Highly recommended her as your next agent.

I reached out to Tania about relocating to Florida from Colorado. She was responsive to our desires for what we wanted in our new home. Was able to accommodate us on our quick trip out to view properties. Gave us space to explore, but also insight only a experienced agent can do. Helped us navigate our contract and get thru the insurance and mortgage difficulties that come with a home purchase. Even though she has no further obligations to our family she has offered to help be of assistance after our sale was completed. Tania has given our family a fresh start and a smooth transition.

I highly recommend Tania to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - especially Veterans! Her commitment and exceptional service truly set her apart. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one!
