I genuinely cannot recommend Carlos and Villas Real Estate Team enough. Carlos has helped me through two jams to date, the most recent of which involved an urgent and unanticipated sale of a house. Within an hour of my initial reaching out to Carlos to convey my need to sell, he performed a market search and prepared an estimated sale price. By the end of that day, he had obtained professional photos and was awaiting my go ahead to list. The following day we had an offer through one of Carlos contacts given his other pending sales. The offer was above our projected asking price and was accepted without officially listing the property. Before the sale was finalized, I was forced to move out of state, and while I was faced with remotely managing the details of the sale, Carlos insisted without hesitation that he take the lead in coordinating and facilitating all maintenance and cleaning services including inspection contingencies. Though my time in Idaho was brief, Carlos could always be relied upon to offer much needed perspective of the area and a strong referral for any and all services related to owning a property. Carlos is timely, efficient, kind, objective, and knowledgeable. He and his team are resources that far exceed a real estate transaction, and I only wish I werent leaving his territory, so I could I employ him for my future real estate needs.
