Current dealing with Mike. It's our third deal together. He's handled all very professionally. I recommend him to each and every friend. Tough negotiator. That's the Philly in him, lol!

Paul was helpful in setting the price and getting the process moving at the beginning, however he got busy with other listings and handed over responsibility to his aggressive associate Daniel. Unfortunately I was not kept informed of any issues. When I asked for a status the week before closing, I found out the buyers paperwork was not processed and the closing had to be delayed. I was continually asked by Daniel to make calls and follow up on steps needed for the closing. When I informed Paul of my concerns, he got very defensive and yelled at me. I was already under a lot of stress from just losing my mother and being the sole executor of her estate. The closing happened 3 weeks after the initial date due to misstep after misstep. Due to the unprofessional behavior, handing off responsibility, losing the condo keys and having a very stressful closing, I would not recommend him.

Originally I wasn't happy, due to my having to have some work done and it was preventing us from selling, as it seemed. Mike handled both of my properties, my condo and main single home. Both properties were still under 30 days on market. I could see he was advertising hard on Facebook, as well as boosting my properties. His efforts worked and I shut my mouth at that point, lol! I moved in the middle of this sale, back home to MD. He handled the move, helped packing and more on both properties. We had to take a small dip in price on both, as we were slightly overprice, but Mike really dug in and negotiated both deals. He made me eat my words, GLADLY!

Hello! Mike spent about 6 months working for me, without a dime of pay. Originally, I wasn't qualified, but Mike wouldn't give up on me. He kept on with Cross Country. Something changed and by Oct we were searching. He drive 1 hour on each showing and inspection, etc. I bid and went through inspection on 2 homes, but were denied by my FHA loan due to the roof. We finally found the 3rd home. Had problems also, but Mike worked hard to help work through. Then at closing the seller had issues and was going to pull out. She was a fsbo and Mike talked her down. He was so cool about it. I thank him!
