After many years of looking for an agent who handles land property, I finally found the right person. Diana did an excellent job of listing property and getting all the paper works in order. She is patient when I have questions and responding on time. I would recommend Diana to anyone who needs to manage their properties.

Working with Diana to sell our raw land property was a breeze. It took a while to sell but she never lost faith and kept us updated when the market changed. We ended up selling at the full asking price and she made sure the closing was smooth and painless for us. Highly recommend...thanks again!

vacant lot in Palmdale sold for full asking sold in one day./ escrow was a pain but not her fault. made this sale very easy. would use her again if I need to sell vacant land

Diana was very helpful, very professional and us current with the buying process. Her field knowledge and experience ensured a pleasant and successful outcome. Extremely pleased with her service. Once again thank you.

Very professional, responsive & transparent. I would give an extra star for Negotiation Skills. We will definitely be working with Ms. Marshall again. She helped us purchase land in the Palmdale area. It was our 1st land purchase and she answered all of our questions. It is a clear and smooth process when making a purchase.
