Charlotte went above and beyond for us. We found a very unique home in Onslow Co. that we absolutely loved but of course buying a home is stressful. Charlotte stayed on top of everything and was communicative the entire time. Her knowledge of the market and negotiations was instrumental when it came to make an offer. She organized everything that we needed to get done and was there for us during closing. She made buying my first home a great experience and Id recommend her to anyone buying a home

Ive worked with some amazing realtors in the past but Charlotte Horrell truly is the best of the best! She was recommended to us by one of our family members. Now this was our third time working with Charlotte and she is consistently so knowledgeable, professional and supportive. She is always quick to respond to our never ending questions and readily available to address any of our concerns. She was there with us every step of the way to give expert advice and can easily pivot to follow our lead too. We would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for an exceptional buying and/or selling experience!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tanya to purchase our dream home in Sneads Ferry. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! Tanya was professional, knowledgeable about the local market, and made sure we always felt like a priority. Tanya's dedication and commitment to our needs was evident throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond assisting us, even meeting with the appraiser and others when we were not able to get off work & be there. Her genuine care for her clients sets her apart from other agents. We highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking to buy a home. You can't go wrong with Tanya by your side!

From our first meeting, it was clear that Sarah is expertly informed and deeply committed to her clients' success. She guided us through every step with patience and clarity, answering all our questions before we even had to ask them. Sarah is a joy to work with, professional, and a true advocate for her clients. We highly recommend her!

Charlotte was the steady and honest pro we needed in a brutal market. She helped us sell our first home, and even before that sale, spent countless evenings touring properties with us. She always give her candid take on whether a house truly fit our needs instead of pushing us. When we realized the market required a larger down payment to get what we wanted, Charlotte supported our decision and said she would be eagerly waiting until we were ready. Months later, we jumped back in, and she was right there again; patient, responsive, and full of practical guidance at every step. The payoff? We landed a brand-new build that checked every single box. Charlotte even negotiated directly with the builder and convinced him to take our offer over a competing offer, which, let me tell you, the other offer was better from the seller standpoint. Nonetheless, Charlotte worked her magic and convinced him to take ours instead. From start to finish, she was transparent, strategic, and squarely in our corner. If you want an agent who tells you the truth, respects your budget and timing, and fights to get you the right home, call Charlotte Horrell! We couldnt recommend her more! I would also like to thank Charlotte's Husband, Bill Horrell; he is an excellent Loan Officer! He knew everything I needed before I even knew about it. They're an excellent pair and I couldn't recommend them more!
