Kyle did an amazing job selling my house in Manhattan Ks. I live out of state and it was as simple as it could have been. He is a great realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had an incredible experience working with Kyle. Since we were house hunting from out of town and couldn't see properties in person, he went above and beyond by taking detailed video tours of the homes for us. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable agent!

Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of homes and the local area really stood out, and he helped us secure the deal on our home with confidence. Throughout the entire process, he made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way, which made us feel comfortable and supported. On top of that, hes very personable and easy to work with. Were so grateful to have had Kyle as our realtor.

Fantastic to work with, especially as a first time buyer, helped guide us through the process and we closed way ahead of his projected estimate. Kept in touch with us the whole process and helped with which steps came next as we went. Communicated with our preferred way of contact, and explained all of the documents involved as well as the numbers and why. Kept us in the loop regarding negotiations and what we should ask for and yeild on.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers with little knowledge about the home buying process. A friend of a friend told us about Kyle, and we re so glad that they did. His knowledge of the area and expertise in the home buying process are unmatched. He genuinely cares about getting you and your family into the right home. If you are looking for a realtor in the Manhattan area, we would strongly recommend that you contact Kyle.
