My husband and I requested a tour of a home through Zillow on a Monday and were quickly connected with Tyrell Stephens. He asked what day and time would work best for us, and after discussing schedules, we agreed to meet on Thursday evening. I requested 5:00 p.m., and he advised that 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. would work better. We agreed to that timeframe but there was never clarification of which time so we prepared to be there at 5:30p.m. After our initial phone call, I received no follow-up communication confirming the appointment. About 10aEUR"15 minutes before the scheduled showing, my husband and I were already in the area and ready to view the property, so I reached out through the Zillow app to confirm he was still coming. Instead of confirming the appointment, Tyrell asked if I would be available the following morning. I reminded him that we had already agreed to a Thursday evening showing and asked if he would still be meeting us. He responded, aEURoeno maamaEUR? and then said the earliest available showing the next day was actually 1:00 p.m., which wasnt even the morning as he had initially stated. Unfortunately, my husband and I were unavailable at that time. The most frustrating part of the experience was that after canceling on us with virtually no notice, the showing was marked as aEURoecompletedaEUR? even though we never toured the property. I understand that schedules can change, but clear communication and respect for a clients time are essential. We rearranged our evening, drove to the area, and waited for a showing that ultimately never happened. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with Tyrell Stephens.
