Kat helped me purchase a home in Pine Gove . We had some ups and downs with financing and finding the right place . Kat worked with us through it all and helped us find our dream home ! We love it here and working with Kat was blessing ! I would highly recommend Kat if youre looking to buy a home in Amador County ! Thanks Kat !! We love our new home, the people here and our new town !

She great very funny and friendly always willing to work with you very helpful and great to talk to I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family

Kat was genuine, knowledgeable, and willing to help and answer any questions we had. She continued to recommend the best people to work with, and would always explain the process so that we could understand what was going on. We would definitely recommend her for any realtor need!

Kat is such an amazing realtor and sweet soul! She was so helpful and patient with us. We had a lower budget with quite a few needs and she met every single one of them for us. Not only did she get us an amazing deal, but she explained everything to us step by step (we are first time buyers). She cares more about you and your needs and puts that above any deal. highly recommend Kat over any realtor around.
