As a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor than Janelle Delos Reyes. She walked me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. She made sure I understood everything so I could make confident decisions. We toured many homes over several months, and no matter how many properties we explored, she was always prepared, positive, and fully invested. She never made me feel like I was a burden. What meant the most to me was how much she cared about my long term goals. I was not just looking for a house. I had plans to renovate, create potential rental income, and possibly add an ADU. She took the time to understand that vision and came prepared with research and thoughtful property matches. When it came time to make offers in competitive situations, I truly trusted her strategy. She guided me on how to structure strong offers and stay competitive without overextending myself. I love my new home in Poulsbo and I am so happy that I was able to achieve everything I set out to accomplish. She does not just show houses. She invests in people. Every client is different, and she treats them that way. I am so grateful for her guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jenal did a wonderful job. She supported us with a long distance purchase going so far as to take a video walk thru for us since we were unable to go back and look again. She met with our go between and walked us thru all the steps involving the Purchase. I would ask for her again and again.

Our realtor, Janel Delos Reyes with Keller Williams Greater 360 Royston Team gave us great service when we were trying to buy a property on the Kitsap, Washington peninsula. We were out of state home buyers not familiar with the local neighborhoods. Janel helped identify various potential neighborhoods on the Kitsap peninsula, compare prices and decide upon making an offer. After the offer was accepted, she arranged for the home inspection and then stayed with us and the home inspector to understand any potential issues. Janel also helped us navigate how to handle home inspection findings when the seller did not want to correct any identified issues. Just before closing, temperatures suddenly dropped below freezing and Janel checked that the house thermostat was set so that pipes would not freeze. Janel also kept watch on property after transaction was complete since we were still living out of state. She also provided a list of vendors that could provide reliable repairs for items identified in home inspection. Throughout the process, Janel maintained a cheerful, can-do attitude. Well plan to work with Janel on our next real estate transaction.

Almost two years ago, we made the decision to relocate to the Port Ludlow area. During that two-year period, Janel toured and video taped two dozen homes for us and pointed out what checked our boxes and what didn't. Janel was professional, reliable, fun, and saw us to the finish line. It's tricky buying a home in the post-Covid real estate market where buyers, sellers, and real estate agents are use to rapid-fire purchases without inspections, research, or experience. To complicate matters, we lived out of state. We highly recommend Janel Delos Reyes and we highly encourage a thorough inspection by a qualified professional. For us, it was well worth the two year journey.

Janel was super responsive and respectful while helping me find my new home. In addition to the assistance one would expect from an agent, Janel also incorporated feedback from me and was very flexible as my needs shifted. I'd strongly recommend working with her if you're looking for a place on the peninsula.
