Marissa helped and guided me through everything. I appreciate her so much. Even if I was frustrated she was there. I have been through so much this year. Again, thank you Marissa. Helped with deep clean and window cleaning.

Marissa was fantastic at helping us find the perfect home and made the whole process a breeze. As a first-time homebuyer, her knowledge was indispensable. We received guidance during the home search as well as the negotiations once we found a home on which we wanted to make an offer. Marissa listened to our needs and adapted the approach to meet them. We couldn't be happier with the result. Team Winegarden is second to none. Highly recommend!

Marissa was absolutely amazing to work with! We knew we wanted a home outside of the Twin Cities, and she was always willing to travel, incredibly responsive, and genuinely excited to help us find the right fit. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like a priority and was there to answer every question along the way. What stood out most was how committed she was to helping us find the perfect home within our budget. She listened to what we wanted, never pressured us, and worked tirelessly to help us find a home that checked all the boxes. Her knowledge, communication, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel enjoyable and exciting. This was our fifth home purchase over the years, and Marissa is hands-down the best Realtor we've ever worked with. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Marissa and Team Winegarden are absolutely phenomenal. Made the entire process so easy, stress-free, and genuinely fun. She found wonderful houses for us to look at, taught us how to narrow our searches, helped us learn what we did and did not want, plus so much more. We recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone!!

Choosing Marissa to list and sell our home was the best choice! She made the process EASY, exciting, and she is so extremely knowledgeable. Always quick to respond, helpful, we couldnt recommend her more! We sold in 3 days over asking!!! You will not regret working with Marissa and her team!
