We appreciated Jacob's communication through each step of the process. As first time buyers we felt confident that the details were in good hands, and we didn't need to do much beyond signing the paperwork.

Jacob stands out for his timely responses. When I was looking for an agent he was the only one of many to return my call the same day. This was a convoluted sale and he managed it well. He was very clear with directions and went above and beyond what it takes for a challenging situation. Highly recommend Jacob for his willingness to accept the challenge I presented and following it through to the end.

Ben helped us get a investment property in Vermont. He was very helpful and knowledge. Very responsive. Great communication. Had some serious snags throughout the process with the sellers. Ben walked us through it. Made our lives easier.

I had an excellent experience working with Jacob Barnes to sell my vacant land in Vermont while I was in New Jersey. From start to finish, he handled every detail professionally and kept me informed at least twice a week throughout the entire process. Not only was Jacob knowledgeable and responsive, but also genuinely personable and easy to work with. What impressed me most was that the property sold in a short period of time and for over the asking price. His market expertise, effective marketing strategy, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free, even from a distance. Jacob also recommended an excellent law firm to handle the closing, which made the transaction even more seamless and efficient. Having trusted professionals involved every step of the way gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Jacob Barnes to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate, especially if you're managing the transaction remotely. Outstanding service, exceptional results, and a pleasure to work with!

Ben made the move seamless! We moved from Ky to Fl and had to make decisions from hundreds of miles away but Ben helped with every single step. So trust worthy, responsive, and truly went above and beyond!
