I have many friends who recommend realtors, but I cannot imagine trusting this crucial, complicated, challenging process to anyone by Dan. He is informed and able to offer comparisons across time, regions and styles of houses. He is patient and able to take in our priorities, even as they change over the process of selling or buying. He is strategic, and knows when to push, when to charm, when to be tactical, in order to best serve his clients. He's incredibly experienced, and we have worked with him over 3, about to be 4 big transactions. I have never regretted deciding to work with Dan, he is also a wonderful human being. He works long and hard, and with his competence and charisma, has a great group of people to whom he can refer us as needed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We were relocating from Buffalo to Boston and knew almost nothing about the city. We reached out to Mario six months before the move, and he was so accommodating from our very first conversation. When we finally confirmed our moving date with only two weeks notice, he booked 17 condo appointments in two days. He drove us around, showed us Boston, and went to every appointment and viewing with us, all while keeping up with our very dynamic, eccentric needs. We werent the easiest pair to find a home for, but Mario was patient and made the whole experience feel easy. He negotiated our offer like a true professional and stayed with us through closing. Even afterward, he kept checking in to make sure we were settled. What could have been a very stressful couple of months was so much better because of him. Mario went well beyond what we would ever expect from a realtor, and we could not be more grateful. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Dan is truly an amazing real estate agent, and we could not have asked for a better partner to guide us through buying our first home. From our very first meeting to closing day, Dan was exceptionally patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. As first-time buyers, we loved how clearly he explained every detail and brought real data and math to the table to help us analyze our options and choose the best path forward. Even with a tight timeline and a rapid closing date, we always felt completely confident in his hands. He was a relentless advocate for our best interests and kept every step of the process clear, prompt, and on schedule. Beyond the purchase itself, Dan went above and beyond by connecting us with trusted local vendors and contractors to help bring our vision for the house to life. His expertise turned what could have been a high-stress experience into a seamless, exciting journey. Thanks to Dan, we are in our dream home, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, caring agent!

Dan is a top-notch realtor and we always felt we were in excellent hands throughout the process of selling our home. He gave us sound advice from beginning to end, communicated promptly, kept us on track, and we were thrilled with the results. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dan guided us through both the purchase and sale of our Newton home over the past 5 years. His expertise, thoughtfulness, and strategy served us so well in the sale of our home. He helped us get multiple offers and sell over asking price within a few days of being on the market. We were able to rely on Dans considered and reasonable advice in preparing the house for showing, determining pricing, and reviewing offers. We cant recommend Dan more highly!
