She got me a great deal on a place. This was after lots of hard work due to other properties kept falling through. One the seller backed out then another the seller agent was dishonest about the property. She put in lots of hard work showed me many options and then put together a great offer and negotiated a great deal on the proposal that I purchased.

It was a pleasure working with Julie. I spent almost 2 years looking for the right place, house or lot, in POC and Julie was extremely helpful, patient and diligent throughout the process.
