Dylan Tanaka has an up to date grasp on the real estate market in South East Michigan. Not only has he assisted in my own personal real estate closings, but he has aided others that I have referred to him with in selling their homes. He has the ability to price a property right and to advise on what updates are necessary to immediately move a property. If you need anything to do with real estate, Dylan is your go-to person.

Dylan was extremely helpful from start to finish. He advised us on what we could do to enhance the value of the home we were selling, and he negotiated us a great deal!

Working with Dylan was an incredible experience from start to finish. He showed me several homes, and I fell in love with one?but with multiple offers on the table, I, unfortunately, lost out. Instead of moving on, Dylan took the time to ask me what I loved most about that house. When I told him it was the neighborhood I truly wanted, he didn?t stop there. As the best REALTOR, he personally reached out to every homeowner in that subdivision, determined to find me the perfect home. Within two weeks, I had access to multiple off-market properties, and I ended up with a home that was even better than the one I originally wanted! On top of that, Dylan negotiated an incredible price?better than I had hoped for. If you?re searching for a top real estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further. Dylan is truly dedicated to his clients, and I couldn?t be happier with my experience!

Dylan was able to find me and my wife exactly what we were looking for in a home. He was able to find us several properties within our budget which included all of our must haves. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the local area. We dealt directly with Dylan the entire time and his insight in the real estate market was a huge help when making the ultimate decision.

Dylan is very professional. He is easy to work with and manages all the small details. We have used him for both buying and selling. We were especially impressed with his video presentation of our home that recently sold.
