We had a magnificent experience working with Sean and Blanca. They?re knowledgeable experts who really understands their clients needs and today?s market. We wouldn?t? have picked any other realitor?s to work with. Our family was in the process of selling our first home of 9 years in which we had raised 3 kids in And as you could imagine our house needed a little TLC. But.... where does one start? We knew we wanted to sell as we were outgrowing our house. But, We knew that came with a list of fixes and repairs before the house was ready to be put on the mark. But the fear of starting this list terrified us! We had meet other realtors in the past, But we felt pressured and felt they didn?t seem to have our families best interest. But, this all changed when we meet Sean & Blanca. Ill be honest when I say, Ive never meet any realtors that took the time to get to know us individually and as a family. They listened to our fears of selling and helped us on how to overcome that fear. In addition, They educated us on the current market, the comparable comps and we went over how to get the best return. Sean even sent us a video that sums up what we discussed that gave us the market reports, suggestions and compared comps. They were always 100% transparent with everything. They were just the type of realtors our family needed. With a busy schedule, It took us just about a year to get our house ready to where we felt it was time to sell. Sean and Blanca where there to help us through that hole entire long year process. They were there to provide words of encouragement when we needed it the most. They were just a phone call away to assist us in making carpet, paint color, light fixture and other little decision. They were there to provide us resources and referrals to contractors and loan officers etc. Throughout that year, not once did we fell pressured, rushed or left on a deserted island. I truly felt they made this hole entire process so much easier for our family. Prior to putting our house on the market we sat down to review the sell price, We couldnt believe how a little paint color, new carpet and fixtures increase the sell price. We were super excited at that point! The day our house hit the market, We had multiple offers that where over Ask! This was all thanks to Sean and Blanca for all their guidance and years of experience. They also helped us through the journey of finding our forever home. They worked around our families schedule and always made themselves available when a new listing hit the market. They negotiated on our behalf to ensure our family wasn?t overpaying. And with no time wasted we found a gorgeous house that checked off all of our needs, wants and more. We were blessed in so many way by meeting Sean and Blanca. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
