My wife and I recently spent a good deal of time working with Alyn. We had a house built with one company but ended up having a falling out with them and Alyn was very helpful during the entire process, including handling the negotiation of getting our earnest money back.We then had to relaunch our house hunt and chose to continue using Alyn because we had such a positive experience. She even helped choose paint colors, etc. This deal has been tricky with some contingencies, but Shannon stayed on top of it all. Selling the home where we raised our family has been emotional. Shannon made the procees as easy as possible. She treated us like we were her only clients.
