We were connected with Heather over Zillow pretty randomly when applying to view a property we were interested in and we liked her so much that we decided to stick with her throughout our search. We made the right decision.Heather is an East Bay local who knows the area well and was very attuned to what we were looking for. She was good at highlighting listings that might be right for us and helped us do research on recent sales to give us a good idea of the market.When it came time for us to make a bid, she was on top of it. We had viewed the house we bought the day before they started taking bids (only 7 days on the market...) so we had to move fast. Heather negotiated expertly with us and our bid was accepted that night at a price that was below our target. We got really lucky in a few ways, but for everything else Heather made sure we were giving ourselves the best shot possible.We got along really well with Heather and she had done everything to earn our trust, which is really important with such an important and stressful process. I can't recommend her enough.

The best part about working with Matt & Peter is that between them they have no weaknesses that I have been able to suss out. They have all the things I would expect from an excellent realtor: prompt communication, having your best interests in mind, & knowledge. But this team takes it many steps beyond the basics. My partner & I were shopping in a very complex season where the market was changing week to week. Matt & Peter knew the patterns to expect, were able to read what was going on on the sellers team, and their instincts on how to bid were uncanny. They also clearly didn't want us to end up in a home we merely liked but one that we truly loved. We learned to trust them completely in helping us make decisions towards our home purchase, and that faith was rewarded with the happy place we now call home! We loved working with these guys and recommend them to anyone shopping here in the East Bay!
