The worst real estate experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. August 12 - September 24, never put a sign in front of the property (stated he could get one up Sept 3 but never did) never made fliers, sent his "associates" when needed and maybe saw the home in person once, listed the buyers agent as the owner of the property on a contract, never made social media posts that I know of. Once we had an offer his tone seemed to change and he was usually only available by text WHEN he got to back to us. Once buyer paid we were basically left in the dark as to how to proceed with title, documents, signatures, etc. The title company did most of the work. PLEASE look at his glossy sales plan online because that is NOT what we received. Once a contract was signed we received an email that his transaction coordinator was handling the contract from here on out. We were not happy at all after the initial signing of the contract with him was over, the Honeymoon was over. Look at his reviews and especially look for cases where others were not happy.

Stephen was so awesome to work with. He helped us get all of our ducks in a row and make sure that we were in a position financially and mentally, to purchase a house before we even looked at the first one. He drove to Davis County every week and we would look at homes. We had one home that we were in love with but for some reason wouldn't past FHA standards. Stephen had is own guy come out and inspect the home to verify rather than just accept what others had said. In the end it took a while, but we finally got the home we were looking for. But Stephen didn't stop working there. He helped us through closing, and when we had issues with a water heater only a few months later, went to bat for us with our home warranty who was not being as helpful as they could be. Because of Stephen's intervention, we were able to get things the way we wanted them. He was patient, easy going and didn't push us to make a decision that we weren't solid on. When we saw some homes that were below standards for the price, he let us know. I will 100% work with him again.

Stephen Ostler was very helpful and responsive to my requests. It seemed like I could get a response out of him at almost any time of day. The market is crazy right now but with his help, we found a house, saw the property, and made an offer all in the same day. It was quite the process, but at the end of the day everything worked out great. We paid zero down and got into out house with zero closing costs as well. At the end of the day Stephen was great and got us exactly what we were expecting??
