Our agent Summer, who is on Hannah Price's Rise Collective team was an absolute Godsend! We relocated from Arizona and knew no one in Clarksville initially. We met Summer due to one of the listings we were looking at. Within one week of us being in Clarksville to look at homes we were able to locate one meeting our desires and Summer helped us make a successful offer. Inspections and closing were very smooth thanks to the Rise Collective team including Becky, who helped expedite some of the required paperwork. We weren't able to move for about six weeks after closing, but during that time Summer was able to help coordinate various tradespeople to make some repairs as well as desired changes, so the house was completely in move-in condition for when we did arrive.
