As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated Kevin's friendliness and helpfulness as I navigated the process. He was always timely with responding to questions, providing paperwork, etc. and from the start of the process I felt like I he was on my side, understood what I needed as a client, and assisted me based on what I needed. I never felt pushed to consider anything I wasn't interested in or like they had an agenda beyond my satisfaction with the process and my new home. During some stressful moments (as there are always unexpected stresses when buying a home) Kevin was thoughtful and solution-oriented. After working with both Kevin and Sylvie during my home-buying process, I believe them to be hard-working and capable professionals who do their best to achieve outcomes that meet the needs of their clients.

Sylvie found the perfect home for us several years ago, and recently helped us sell it (in ten days!!) when we relocated out of the city. She worked around the clock, promptly responding to e-mails, texts and calls even at ungodly hours. She and her assistant went above and beyond through every step of the process. We had relocated and needed to have professional cleaning and painting done. Sylvie and her team went and met contractors and let them in, went back and locked up when workers were done, and ran to the cleaning company office to pick up paperwork--all things that we should have done but couldn't because we were out of town. I told Sylvie that she had put in way too much work for the commission she was earning on the sale of our condominium. I cannot speak highly enough of Sylvie's work ethic, courtesy and professionalism, positive attitude, and technical expertise.
