ZillowVERIFIED Look no further for your next realty team! This whole team is amazing from realtors Sylvie and Kevin to their assistant Cara, and every detail is attended to. After living in Flagstaff for over 50 years, I was in the market for a realtor team who could see the unique qualities of a home my mother lived in for 40 years. Sylvie and Kevin were recommended to me by a close friend who had used them for two successful real estate experiences. They were eager to take on the challenge and help me tackle this from 140 miles away. In my initial interview with them, they asked all the right questions to gain a feel for the personality of the home and its neighborhood. They also visited the home a number of times to make sure it was prepared for showing. Knowing the desirability of the area, they devised a plan for selling the home that made it appealing to the more than 50 people who toured the home the initial weekend it was on MLS. They were able to deftly handle the multiple offers for the home and make sure the details of the contract were adhered to. The home closed approximately four weeks after it went on the market. I would, without reservation, recommend Sylvie, Kevin, and this office for helping you with your real estate needs.

I met Kevin and Andrew at their office in Flagstaff on a Monday morning at 7:30. We toured the house that same morning. A competing offer was expected that same day. I ended up buying a home north of Williams on 10 acres in 2016. The listing was through Kevin and Sylvie Stuart. It was great working with them and there team. When I made the decision to sell my 1/2 acre lot, I decided to have Sylvie and the team sell it. Devin and Krystal were a great help getting all of the paperwork going. Sylvie called and said there was an offer. After some back and fourth the buyer and I agreed on a sale price. The buyer requested a survey be done. Since I was fairly new to the area, Krystal got me in contact with a couple of survey companies. Once that was done we moved on with the sale. He explained at length all the steps necessary to work through the process with me and never pressured me to commit exclusively with him until I was ready. Once I did, he was very articulate about details and always sought answers to my questions. Kevin would have his wife Sylvie available to me when he could not be. He would sometimes call in the evening with vital information demonstrating that he was working around the clock to keep me in the know about everything. They also understood my budget limitations for an investment property. Homes were going quickly at that time of year given the proximity to NAU. Kevin was able to get advance notice from another realtor that a house in my price point and location was going on the market the next day-- and we were one of the first to view the property. I bid within an hour of looking at the house -- and a bidding war started -- but I won out over about 6 other bidders. The really big thing is that I was purchasing this house while out of state. In fact, I was driving to the airport while on the phone with Sylvia to write up the offer!!! During my search effort, Kevin and Sylvia worked around my spur of the moment flights into Flagstaff for house hunting. They worked well through email and phone so that we closed, got buyer to do repairs prior to closing, and all went smoothly -- again, even though I was in another state.

He goes above and beyond when it comes to working with you, and is so prompt with his responses, even when it was a weird hour of the day. I lived outside the area and he met with a contractor on my behalf to inspect the property, and he drove over 2 hours to meet with myself and the seller to negotiate my contract. Long after the sale was complete, there were issues with the seller and Kevin acted as a barrier and protected my best interests while still maintaining professionalism and respect towards the seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Sylvie and Kevin helped purchase our first home/town home in 2011 and in 2015 they helped us sell our town house and found our new single family home! It was an amazing experience working with them for many reasons. They were extremely organized with every little detail. They had check lists and notes on every little thing going on with our sale and purchase. They went above and beyond on every little detail do to help us through the process. From providing us with a list of all the companies and phone numbers for utilities to giving us a list of extra tests you can have performed on our house before the inspection period ended. They also made us feel important and always helped us in a timely manner as if we were there only client but I knew we weren't. We were very pleased that they were down to earth and fun to be around, but also very professional. Their 12 1/2 years of experience in the real estate field really showed and gave us peace and understanding thru the process.
