EXP LLC

Chasity came on board during a very soft market after our first listing failed. She had a solid plan, stuck to it, and executed. She has a very strong team who can assist with quick repairs and cleaning. The photos with and without virtual staging looked professional and really sold the house. Excellent team would recommend highly.

Chasity Rosales was referred to us and we quickly saw why. She is very proficient and well knowledgeable with years of experience. We used her service to to list our house and within 4 days our house was under contract. Through out the whole process she made sure to keep us updated and sent us weekly updates. If youre looking for a realtor in El Paso shes definitely the realtor to go to.

Could not recommend Chasity Rosales and her team enough! As a first time homebuyer, it was so nice to have someone in our corner who is so educated in the real estate field. Chasity and Angie were so compassionate and helpful throughout the whole process with all of our questions and concerns. Chasity is also such a good person to have by your side when it comes to negotiating and making sure you get everything you need and deserve for your home. Once again, huge thank you to Chasity and Angie.

Jen Ranson and Angie Edwards did an amazing job helping me find and purchase my new home. They were very responsive, informative and have all the connections I needed to complete my purchase. I recommend their team to anyone that is interested in buying it selling their home. I knew absolutely nothing going into this and they got the job done in no time at all. Jen was very patient with me during our year long search but when I finally found a property I wanted, her team locked in and got the job done in about a month. Great job team and God bless you!!!

Jen Ranson walked us through the purchase of our first home. As a military family ready to retire and call El Paso home, she had the answer to every question that pertained to our needs. Her team was incredibly helpful and supportive on the back end. Every person working with Jen is s so knowledgeable. We would do every ounce of it again with Jen and her team. Thank you for helping us find our new, to us, home.
