My sister, brother, and I were selling our Mother's house which can be complicated. Valerie was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She provided clear and concise explanations to any question that we had. She gave us good information on the market and where to price the property. She kept us informed at every step in the process. Even when we had disagreements amongst us, she helped walk us through what our options are. We would recommend her without qualifications. She is a very competent and energetic realtor who provides very good service.

Kathy was the best!!!!! Absolutely went above and beyond her call of duty, I won't go into detail on what she did for me on personal levels but I owe her for the life and welfare of 6 souls!!!! Kathy was on top the whole time with all the paperwork, phone calls, walk throughs, inquires, and everything else that needed to be done! She got my house sold in less than 4 months and done a perfect job!!! I am super happy with the way she handled herself front start to finish, but mostly I am happy with the fact that I gained a true friend I can trust.
