EXIT REALTY SOUTHERN SELECT

Derrick was reliable, timely, and the greatest resource. He genuinely helped us walk through every house with wisdom/caution and excitement. He was flexible around our schedule with 2 young kids. He handled everything along the way and made our life easy - all we had to do was pick the home, get our loan set up, and he handled the rest! Could not recommend him more! 5 stars!

Derrick was so kind and thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us get things done quickly and efficiently but without overlooking anything! He had all the connections we needed for any of the services we needed done. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!

Derrick was an amazing realtor, and we could not be happier that we chose him to guide us through the purchase of our first home! He answered any and every question that we had (and there were quite a lot of them). Derrick encouraged us to explore different areas and home types so that we could nail down what exactly it was that we were looking for. We never felt rushed and felt like he truly enjoyed helping us learn more through the process. He was outstanding at communicating and even helped us work through last-minute closing details. From starting the pre-approval process to exploring major fixer-upper homes to closing on our new construction home, Derrick supported us every step of the way. We are very thankful for him and couldnt have started this new stage of life without him! Thank you for caring so deeply about your clients!

Derrick is really helpful! This is my first time buying a house, its lucky for me to have him help in this complicated process. He answered all of my questions with detailed instructions and respond immediately even though it was late. If I know any friend wants to buy a house, Ill definitely introduce him.
