EXIT Realty Results

I cant say enough about how awesome it is to work with Mike and his team. This is the seventh home in three different states we have purchased and the second with Mike as our realtor. They manage the process in a way so you always know what going on and what to expect next. Hands down the best realtor we have worked with and its not even close!

Gayle and Mike were great to work with. Selling our condo with them was an excellent experience from start to finish. They communicated clearly and consistently, and their teamwork made the entire process feel seamless. The professional photos and marketing strategy really showcased our home, and thanks to their knowledge and experience, we received a quick accepted offer within market expectations. We would absolutely work with Gayle and Mike again for any future real estate needs.

Mike was great to work with. We wanted to sell our house and reached out to Gayle and Mike just to get an idea as to what our house would list for. They responded very quickly and came out to look over our property. They were very thorough and honest with us in their assessment. We did end up working with them to complete the sale, they absolutely know their business and are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely choose them again.

Mike was a fantastic realtor and partner throughout the home purchasing process. He did a great job identifying properties that I would be interested in and then working with me to schedule showings. Mike gave good advice when it came time to put an offer down. His availability and open communication were extremely appreciated. I would highly recommend Evolve Realty to anyone interested in looking to purchase a home. A lot of work on his end made the process feel less stressful and daunting for me.

Gayle (and her husband Mike) were excellent to work with. As an out of state and first-time seller, I needed to find someone I could trust with this process. I interviewed quite a few realtors before deciding to go with Gayle, and I'm so glad I did. She was super helpful and responsive, gave great advice on what to fix, what to leave, what to list at, and how to handle counter-offers and such. My condo was only on the market for about a week, and I got over a little over my slightly ambitious asking price. I couldn't have been happier with my experience working with Gayle and Mike!
