As an investor, it is great to have an agent that understands things from that perspective. He seems to know the area very well. He was very patient and I felt like he had my best interests in mind, rather than just rushing the process through to get his commission. Hes also just as friendly and easy to get along with as he is proficient as an agent. Ill definitely be doing all of my business with him. I would feel more than comfortable sending my friends and family to him.
