Exit Realty Premier

Chris is an outstanding realtor! From the moment he stepped foot in our home we knew he was the one to sell our home. He sat down explained every step of the process to us ,listened to what our needs and wants were and helped us get to that magic number. We had 3 realtors come to our home and believe me when I say fancy suits or a box of cookies doesnt sell houses, an honest down to earth every day Joe like Chris Boylan is who you want to trust your home sale to. Thanks again for everything Chris!

We just recently sold our home, and we couldnt be happier that we chose Chris as our real estate agent! From start to finish, Chris was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always made us feel like we were his top priority. Selling a home can be stressful, but Chris made the entire process so much easier. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His expertise and dedication really made a difference, and we always felt like we were in great hands. We are so grateful for everything Chris did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want an agent who truly cares about his clients and gets the job done, Chris is your guy! Thank you, Chris, for making this such a positive experience!

Chris did an amazing job helping us buy and sell he was quick to help us find our dream home and was quick to submit offers. His local knowledge was outstanding and he kept us informed of every step of the way.

I had an outstanding experience working with Michael. Not only did he assist and provide guidance with the renovation process of my rental property, but once the work was complete, he found a qualified tenant immediately. On top of the incredibly fast turnaround, Michael was able to secure top dollar for the lease. He went above and beyond what you would expect from a standard real estate professional. If you need someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the best return on your property, I highly recommend Michael.

Chris did an amazing job navigating us through this tough housing market. His knowledge and skillset assisted us in getting the most for our sale with a strong offer. This put us in an excellent position when making offers. We got the one house we really wanted. Would absolutely work with him again. Thanks Chris.
