Working with Ashley during the purchase of our first home with a VA loan was an incredibly positive experience, even though the process itself was longer and more complex than we initially expected. From start to finish, she remained patient, responsive, and consistently supportive. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but she took the time to walk us through every step in a way that felt clear and manageable. No matter how many times things slowed down or became complicated, she never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she stayed proactive, kept us informed, and helped us stay confident throughout the journey. What really stood out was her dedication and persistence. Even during delays and challenges, she continued advocating for us and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her professionalism and commitment ultimately helped us get to the finish line, and we couldnt be more grateful. We truly appreciate everything she did to help us secure our first home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable realtoraEUR"especially if youre navigating a longer or more involved process.
