Exit Realty Group

Darrin is very professional and perfect to work with. He always put his clients first. One specific example is when the market was crazy and we were struggling finding a house that we wanted Darrin never gave up and kept working his hardest to find that right home. Now we found that home that we love and we owe it all to Darrin. I would recommend Darrin to anyone trying to buy a home.

Darrin and Stephanie were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our home. They were able to act quickly and responded just as quickly to any questions we had during the sell. They helped us find a realtor in the city we were moving to as well. They are extremely knowledgeable in their market and an absolute pleasure to work with. 100% recommend to anyone.

Darrin is a very professional and personable realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable of the markets in the Muscatine and Louisa county areas. We listed our property with him and now have a bonus agent because he is teamed with his wife Stephanie. They are easy brokers to work with. Darrin responded to our requests and questions in a timely manner and was always willing to give us feedback on our showings. We felt that he always has our best interests in mind and we can trust him completely. Darrin has a lot of knowledge about the Southeast Iowa area so we are sure we will benefit from his vast expertise to introducing people to our home. As first-time home sellers, we had though we could sell it on our own, however we were unsure about the process of selling a home. We now realize how much help Darrin is to us by expertly guiding us through the selling process and helping to introduce new perspective buyers. We are confident that he will help sell our home to people that will love and care for it as we have. We highly recommend the Darrin and Stephanie Huggins team to help anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Darrin was extremely difficult to work. He made the home buying process a nightmare. He was difficult to get a hold of and never showed interest in selling his listed property.
