In going with the rating system Local Knowledge - She was able to help our expectations because of the challenging nature of the neighborhood. I appreciated her explanation of the comparable homes and sales in the area. Process Expertise - Candace navigated us not only through the home sale, but we were in need of a Power of Attorney to assist in selling the home from a remote location/3rd Party. All of that was successfully accomplished with Candaces help. This, in part, allowed us to move the home after years of it being on and off the market. Responsiveness - She was available day or night, through phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. She/The Company also utilized DotLoop, which was extremely helpful in getting documents reviewed and signed from afar, over the internet. Amazingly helpful! Negotiation Skills - She had to negotiate on our behalf several times and even through two of us (sellers) at once...long story :) Candace handled that unique situation very well and kept all parties satisfied (buyer and seller). Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and really came through for us.
