From the moment we met Lance Sims he made my husband and I feel like a priority whether it was answering our many questions or adjusting his schedule to accommodate oursLance truly puts his clients first He put in more offers for us than I can possibly count showed us what felt like every home in the West Side of Frankfort and probably spent more Saturdays with us than his own family in the last six monthsOne of the things I appreciated most about Lance was his responsiveness No matter when we reached out he was always quick to reply His availability extended beyond regular business hours which was incredibly helpful given mine and my husbands opposite work schedules Lance made sure we never felt like we were navigating journey alone
