EXIT Realty Consultants

The property was listed for rent despite there seemingly being no genuine intention to lease it. Our application was never opened or reviewed, and we ended up wasting time viewing the property unnecessarily. Based on our experience, the situation felt misleading and raised concerns about the business practices at EXIT Realty Consultants.

We cannot recommend Shaly highly enough! From the very first meeting, we knew she was someone special. She arrived at our home with a beautiful cake as a thoughtful token of appreciation for inviting her to meet with us. Such a kind and genuine gesture is rare these days and immediately reflected the type of person she is. As a military family relocating to another state, we had many concerns and uncertainties. Shaly listened patiently, took the time to understand our situation, and never made us feel rushed. She thoroughly evaluated every detail of our home, carefully considering all of the upgrades and unique features that made it special. Unlike the other agents we interviewed, Shaly confidently presented us with the highest estimated sale price. At first, we thought it was ambitious, even intimidating, but we trusted her extensive experience, market knowledge, and analytical approach. She proved us right. Throughout the entire process, Shaly maintained exceptional communication. She was always responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Not only did she meet our expectations, she exceeded them. Our home sold for more than the asking price in a very volatile market, and the entire transaction was seamless from beginning to end. What started as a professional relationship became a genuine friendship. We began this journey believing we had found an outstanding real estate agent, but we finished it knowing we had gained a lifelong friend. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and truly committed to representing your best interests, look no further than Shaly. She is simply the best, and we are forever grateful for everything she did for our family.
