EXIT Realty Advantage

Adam was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. As someone new to the process he made sure that I understood all my options before buying my new home.

Adam Foland really checks all the boxes as a real estate professional. He listens carefully, asks questions to clarify, and then works extremely hard to make sure the whole process goes smoothly. His reputation---absolutely earned---is that of honesty, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Plus, he's a really nice guy! I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

My husband and I purchased a home in Madison while still living in Oregon. Not only did Adam go above and beyond to help us out during the two times we visited Madison, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process -- which was essential since we were doing everything remotely. To describe him as hard-working would be an understatement!

Adam is very kind and easy to work with. He was quick to respond to any of my questions. My wife and I informed Adam about our weird situation, then he went the extra mile and got the job done for us. I have bought 2 properties through him now and I highly recommend him!
