Fred responded to my inquires in a professional and timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the areas in which I was interested in purchasing a rental property. I provided me with great information to help me in my decision making process. He was also helpful in recommending me possible loan agents as I live out of state. I would highly recommend working with Fred as I was very satisfied with his help and service.

Fred was amazing. He took us to probably 50 some odd houses. Stuck with us till the end when we finally found a winner! He was very helpful with informing us of the next step of the purchase process. As it was our first time buying a home. 10/10 would recommend.

Fred was so helpful in finding us the right house. GREAT communication. Always responds in a timely manner to messages and calls if he cannot answer right away, which we really appreciated. He is familiar with the area, provided us with utility companies in the area, and anything else we needed help with! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! This is my second home purchase using Fred and just as before he was a pleasure to work with. This time around I was purchasing a home from overseas so everything had to be done remotely. Fred was very helpful in making the process go smoothly to include a 3 way FaceTime call with my mom in Chicago so we could get a good look at the home we were interested in purchasing. He checked on my property one last time before delivering my keys since I wasn't present for the closing which was very helpful. Goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. He will take care of you!!!
