Jill is not your average realtor. I've bought several houses in my life, and Jill far exceeds any realtor I have worked with. I learned so many things working with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the local market, national trends, construction, financing, and real estate law. I'm sure she sleeps, but I don't know when because she immediately responded to every question I had along the way. Her attention to detail, ability to describe everything she noticed, and knowledge of home construction, finishes, and neighborhoods gave us tremendous confidence every step of the way. In addition to buying from out of state, we were trying to sell our previous home while buying a new one at the same time, which was challenging. We honestly wouldn't recommend that experience if you can avoid it! It was stressful, but Jill's expertise, organization, calm demeanor, and positive attitude made it all work out. We ended up with a much nicer home than we ever imagined possible, in a neighborhood that is a perfect fit for our family.
