In Butler county, for work to get done on a house you need relationships with local contractors , and she had an excellent network of handymen, plumbers and more. Debbie was extremely responsive and available throughout the process of preparing the house, showing it, and responding to showings and negotiating and closing an offer. She couldnt have been more responsive. Since we left the area, she also went the extra mile to help us make arrangements with contractors and then check in on their work from time to time.
